🚶‍♀️ Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes. Dorcas Couture welcomes walk-in shoppers during our shop hours, Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Please note:
• Custom designs, consultations, and fittings are by appointment only to ensure a personalized experience.
• Walk-ins are welcome for shopping, browsing, and ready-to-wear purchases.

💳 What forms of payment do you accept?

Dorcas Couture accepts the following forms of payment:

• Cash
• Credit & Debit Cards
• Zelle

All payments for custom services require a deposit at the time of booking. Final balances must be paid in full before delivery or pickup.

⏳ What is your processing time?

Processing times vary by service:

• Ready-to-wear purchases: Same-day pickup
• Alterations: 7–14 business days
• Custom gowns (Prom, Bridal, Formal): 6–12 weeks

Rush Service Disclaimer:
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability, design complexity, and production schedule. Rush fees are non-refundable and approval is not guaranteed.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

All appointments, consultations, and custom services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit
• No-shows will forfeit all deposits and may require full payment before rebooking

Once production or alterations have begun, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

📦 What is your shipping process?

Dorcas Couture offers shipping and local pickup for select ready-to-wear items and completed custom orders.

Shipping:
• Shipping is available within the United States
• Orders ship once full payment is received
• Tracking information is provided upon shipment
• Delivery times vary based on location and carrier

Local Pickup:
• Local pickup is available at our Gulfport location during shop hours
• Pickup notifications will be sent when your order is ready
• A valid ID may be required at pickup

Rush Shipping:
• Rush shipping may be available for an additional fee
• Availability depends on order readiness and carrier options
• Rush shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns & Refunds:
• All custom, altered, and made-to-order items are final sale
• Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange only, within 7 days of delivery or pickup, unworn and with original tags
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Dorcas Couture is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
