🚶♀️ Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Dorcas Couture welcomes walk-in shoppers during our shop hours, Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Please note:
• Custom designs, consultations, and fittings are by appointment only to ensure a personalized experience.
• Walk-ins are welcome for shopping, browsing, and ready-to-wear purchases. -
💳 What forms of payment do you accept?
Dorcas Couture accepts the following forms of payment:
• Cash
• Credit & Debit Cards
• ZelleAll payments for custom services require a deposit at the time of booking. Final balances must be paid in full before delivery or pickup.

⏳ What is your processing time?
Processing times vary by service:
• Ready-to-wear purchases: Same-day pickup
• Alterations: 7–14 business days
• Custom gowns (Prom, Bridal, Formal): 6–12 weeksRush Service Disclaimer:
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability, design complexity, and production schedule. Rush fees are non-refundable and approval is not guaranteed. -
❌ What is your cancellation policy?
All appointments, consultations, and custom services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit
• No-shows will forfeit all deposits and may require full payment before rebookingOnce production or alterations have begun, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

Dorcas Couture offers shipping and local pickup for select ready-to-wear items and completed custom orders.
Shipping:
• Shipping is available within the United States
• Orders ship once full payment is received
• Tracking information is provided upon shipment
• Delivery times vary based on location and carrierLocal Pickup:
• Local pickup is available at our Gulfport location during shop hours
• Pickup notifications will be sent when your order is ready
• A valid ID may be required at pickupRush Shipping:
• Rush shipping may be available for an additional fee
• Availability depends on order readiness and carrier options
• Rush shipping fees are non-refundableReturns & Refunds:
• All custom, altered, and made-to-order items are final sale
• Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange only, within 7 days of delivery or pickup, unworn and with original tags
• Shipping fees are non-refundableDorcas Couture is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
